Meet Rebecca, creator of exquisite bespoke celebration cakes, finished with a unique style, creating that WOW factor for your celebration! Rebecca is based in the Scottish borders supplying locally and further afield in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.

About Rebecca Grace Banks 

 

From catering and rearing Gascon pigs whilst living in the French Pyrénées to refining my chocolate ganache and relocating to the Scottish Borders, I am passionate about natural flavour, detail and design.... and obviously, pigs, chocolate, and experiencing life's adventures.

 

Starting with the scrumptious flavour of cake within, be it rosehip / raspberry (floral and fruity) or tahini / black sesame seeds, orange (think rich nutty chocolate orange flavour), I then apply natural pigments for deep warming colour to your finished cake, finally a flourish of edible garnishes be it seasonal flowers, aromatics, meringues, chocolate, wafer paper and decorative textural stencil designs.

 

Sustainability and being ‘eco friendly’ doesn’t limit your choices, it's just a conscious effort of being more environmentally responsible across the whole process, thus creating your unique stylised cake, delicious in all sense, down to the last crumb!
