The Indie Girl is a small, female-owned business run by myself, Sooz Combe. In my designs, I focus on fine jewellery with an alternative flair. Working in precious metals and gemstones. I like to create non-traditional rings with gemstones not usually used in engagement rings such as Onyx, Amethyst and Labradorite – however, if you have your heart set on a beautiful diamond then I would be delighted to make something for you.

The Indie Girl began in 2020 when I trained at Vanilla Ink Jewellery school in traditional jewellery techniques such as wax carving, metal casting and stone setting. In the past 4 years, I have continued to upskill, exhibited at various markets, and worked on many commissions. My work can be seen on my website.

I am currently based as a resident in Vanilla Ink in the East End of Glasgow, where I can take appointments in-house or can travel to meet clients in Central Scotland. 

Alternatively, if you live further afield in the UK I am happy to take zoom appointments for consultations where I am happy to discuss ideas for your wedding jewellery.
