I'm a classically trained violinist with a Master of Music in Violin Performance and years of experience freelancing with many wedding string quartets around Scotland.

Ultima Strings was born from the desire to express my nerdy side (since receiving my first PlayStation as a child I have played hundreds of tunes from games on my violin!) and to cater to clients that would like to hear something a wee bit different on their special day.

While I do have a selection of timeless wedding classics in my repertoire, my speciality is videogame and movie soundtracks.

From Zelda, Final Fantasy, Stardew Valley, to The Lord Of The Rings, Star Wars and Studio Ghibli music. I also love playing alternative songs - Punk, Goth, New Wave, Emo, Pop-punk and Metal!

I perform all the music on violin with an acoustic piano backing track, creating the perfect chill vibe for your wedding day.
