I’m Emily, a live wedding illustrator based in the outskirts of Stirling. I draw your guests as they actually are - relaxed, joyful, and very much themselves. I illustrate live on the day, creating bold, colourful portraits that guests take home as keepsakes, with a full digital gallery sent to couples afterwards. My work sits at the intersection of art, people, and celebration, with a slightly soft-alt, fashion-leaning edge. Think confident colour, thoughtful details, and illustrations that feel personal rather than overly polished. The focus is always on capturing people in a way that feels natural, modern, and true to them. If it suits your day, I can also design a bespoke illustrated background to tie everything together using your colours, details, and overall vibe to create a cohesive finish across all portraits. I care deeply about creating a calm, welcoming experience where there’s no pressure to pose or perform, just turn up as you are. Every wedding looks different, and everyone turns up differently too, and that’s something I actively celebrate in my work. At the heart of it, I believe weddings should feel good, not performative. I’m proudly LGBTQ+ friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, and inclusive of all identities, bodies, cultures, and expressions. I’m a mum, a lover of colour and personality, and (more often than not) fuelled by a can of Diet Coke and early 2000s pop punk music. Carmela Illustrates is the work of Carmela Arguimbau, an Argentinian illustrator based in Edinburgh. Her live watercolour and ink portraits bring a heartfelt, artistic touch to weddings, capturing guests and couples in the moment with warmth, emotion, and storytelling. Carmela holds an HND in Illustration and a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication. After completing her studies, she began her journey into the illustration industry, focusing on live event portraits, commissioned pieces, and personal projects inspired by Japanese Sumi-e, Studio Ghibli, manga, the Scottish landscape, and her South American heritage. Her passion lies in storytelling and in capturing the soul and character of people in those fleeting, beautiful moments that make each celebration unique. I'm Lewis and I started Time Capsule Productions because I wanted to continue my passion for audio production by connecting with new people and recording their stories to capture their memories in their own voice. I found that audio guestbooks were a great way to capture memories as they happen, and record your loved one's voice for you to remember forever. You get some really heartfelt messages but you also get some absolutely ridiculous messages too that can be a lot of fun! How it works: An audio guestbook is a great alternative to the traditional written guestbook that captures the voices and personal messages from your nearest and dearest. It captures messages that are often heartfelt and messages that are a lot of fun. You choose your phone, choose a frame and get the audio guestbook phone delivered days before your wedding. I can even customise the sign to suit whatever theme you chose for your special day. You can then record a personalised greeting message on the phone for your guests to listen to before they record their messages. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Once your wedding is done you return the phone to me and once I have combined it with your chosen songs you get a wooden USB and box to keep it in. My services: I do audio guestbooks with a difference! I combine the messages you receive on the audio guestbook with music from your wedding day such as the song you walk down the aisle to and your first dance song. This creates a unique way to remember the whole atmosphere of your wedding capturing your guests' voices and the music that means the most to you. This package is called The Quick Call package. I also have a second package where, in addition to the songs, I record interviews with the newlyweds capturing their story from how they met all the way up to their wedding day and tie this in with the audio guestbook messages for the perfect way to capture the first chapter of your relationship. This is known as The Catch-up Call package. I also offer reminder cards that you can place on tables to encourage your guests to leave their message and ensure they don't leave it until the last minute. You have the choice of three phones, a black vintage style phone, a white retro phone or a cream retro phone. You can also select your frame colour and size to go with the phones, currently I have black, gold, silver and white.
